Lulus dengan MBBS dari Universiti Mysore pada tahun 1980. Sekembalinya, ke Malaysia, dihantar ke Hospital Besar Pulau Pinang. Bekerja di sana sehingga 1984; selepas itu dipindahkan pada tahun 1984 ke Hospital Queen Elizabeth Kota Kinabalu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style=\"font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:'Arial';font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;\">Pada tahun 1986, meninggalkan perkhidmatan Kerajaan dan menyertai Malaysia Airlines sebagai Pengawal Perkhidmatan Perubatan (Sabah &amp; Sarawak). Memegang jawatan ini sehingga Disember 2003. Dalam tempoh ini, mengikuti latihan lanjutan pasca siswazah dalam Perubatan Penerbangan di Institut Perubatan Penerbangan (Farnborough), memperoleh Diploma Perubatan Penerbangan dari Royal College of Physicians (Lon) pada tahun 1995 dan Licentiate Fakulti Perubatan Pekerjaan dari Royal College of Physicians (Ireland) pada tahun 2001.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style=\"font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:'Arial';font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;\">Pada Disember 2003 telah dilantik sebagai Ketua Jabatan Perkhidmatan Perubatan Malaysia Airlines dan telah dipindahkan ke Kuala Lumpur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style=\"font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:'Arial';font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;\">Pada tahun 2009, dilantik sebagai Ketua Jabatan Perkhidmatan Perubatan dan Jabatan Keselamatan &amp; Kesihatan Pekerjaan Korporat Malaysia Airlines dan kekal di sana sehingga 2013. Selepas meninggalkan Malaysia Airlines, bekerja dengan MASWings di Kota Kinabalu dari 2013 hingga 2015 menubuhkan Jabatan Pengurusan Keselamatan Korporat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-sheets-formula-bar-text-style=\"font-size:13px;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:'Arial';font-style:normal;text-decoration-skip-ink:none;\">Selepas meninggalkan MASWings, menyertai Kumpulan Klinik Medisinar sebagai doktor pemastautin di cawangan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kota Kinabalu pada 2015.
